While each of the characters he listed share a common allegiance to one city state, the characters listed do not share the exact same backgrounds, social class, family histories, and origins. It would be incredibly boring to assume that everyone from Demacia (or any other city state) is simply a copy of each other.

From a readability perspective, choosing accents we're familiar with lets us easily and quickly understand the nature of the character we're playing thanks to our pre-conceived biases and cultural experiences.
