Neon Striker Vi Blue Particle

    While using the Neon Striker Vi skin, while her E is recharging she becomes entirely blue until E has regained two charges.

    Steps:

    1: Choose Neon Striker Vi
    2: Level up and use E with two charges.
    3: In game model becomes entirely blue.

    Try relogging and see if that fixes the issue. It sounds like you didn't grab all the assets for Vi when you patched.
