Can I use my RP that I already have to give people gifts? Or do I HAVE to buy RP at the time of purchase to use on skins.

Just wanted to double check, getting my 2 best bros some skins.

If you want to give them RP, it needs to be a new purchase. If you want to give them a champ or skin, you use the RP you already have.
