Why isn't prepaid cards not an option to gift?
I bought an rp card with intentions to gift it to a friend and it's not an option.

I'm fully aware that I can just give them the code and they can put it on the account themselves, but 1) I was hoping to get the summoner icon, and 2) It'd be nice to surprise them when they log in with a random gift of RP.
