It's been several days now since I've made tickets/threads in Help&Support about the recent disappearance of LoL accounts (not hacked or banned.)
Still haven't heard a single word from the Reds about this issue. What's the deal? I mean it's cool if you can't fix right away, but to keep quiet and not tell us anything. Ignorance is not bliss in this case. I would rather know what's happening then to be left in the dark the entire time about this.
I have read that you made tickets and threads in H&S.
Tickets with player support is the way to go for any account related issues. Send in the ticket with as much information as possible and then please wait for our specialists to get to your ticket. If its filled correctly hopefully you should have a fairly high priority as the one thing we dont want is you not being able to play.
However please avoid bumping the ticket as this might mean it will take longer for you to get a response (reset position). As with the festive days we have a limited amount of people working and they are very busy. Give them a chance.
