I like hearing about the culture over at riot. It sounds like they have a lot of fun. But I can't help but picture there being a group of cubicles that call them selves Noxians and try to plant bugs and viruses on the the Damacian computers.
Epic grudge fights out side at the flag pole and Tryndamere siting on a large throne made of swords over seeing the whole of his creation! Oh and a pet dragon in the break room that eats all the food in the fridge after 6:00 pm.
In other words the greatest place on earth!

Edit: We have a couple of reds posting and I think it would be a good Idea for the reds to state what there job is in terms of the spirit of the this post. (i.e. Custodial= Clearing the dead minions from summoners rift after each death.)
I haven't seen anyone mention the epic Nerf battles that claim the lives of many Rioters each day (this also might be the reason we are always hiring).

I bought my team a Nerf dart gun as a white elephant gift b/c I thought they would enjoy it. I didn't realize until after they opened it that it had TWO guns.... I've created a monster!

Or does Phreak running around screaming 'tons of damage' with his nerf bazooka daily, knocking out monitors and giving concussions make it tiring? :P
