Nerf a champion by buffing them

    Do something that would be considered a buff to most champions but a nerf to yours

    Ryze is now manaless

    Ezreal's E no longer has a cast time.

    Amumu now has a 50% chance to dodge minions and monsters.
    Annie's E is now a passive.
    Karthus now gains 100 armor and MR when below 50 mana.
    Garen's basic attacks now apply a DoT dealing 1 damage per second for 20 seconds.
    Xin Zhao's passive is automatically applied to the closest enemy champion as he begins casting his ult.
    Fiddlestick's passive now applies to all nearby enemies, regardless of vision.
    Leona's Zenith blade now has 20000 range.
