Okay, on Xmas eve I sent i na ticket when I noticed a number of my champions were missing. I later found 2 skins that were missing as well, all I had either received as a gift or bought with RP on December 21st.
The ticket was responded to that day with a note saying when I replied I'd be put up to the top of the list to ensure the issue was resolved. I responded via comment on Xmas. Next day I responded by e-mail because I had heard nothing back, I did not know they both posted comments.
Yesterday I commented again to see where I stood and hadnt heard anything as of yet. I have been posting in other similar cases because I had hoped creating a thread would not be necessary, but going on 4 days with content simply missing when the store history says i received or purchased them is kind of making me a little sad. At least a response saying it is being worked on would be nice.
Here's a list of stuff I know is missing:
Champions I bought with RP
Kha Zix, Zyra, Vi
Champion gifted to me
Skin gifted to me
As I have noted, my profile, champion select, etc say I do not own these. The store still offers them for sale. My purchase and gifting history say I already have received them and they are apparently not refundable(prob because I dont actually have them) I do not want them refunded, I'd just like the content i paid for/my friend paid for.
Our wonderful Wrenchmen have forwarded this thread to me and brought it to my attention. At the moment, I cannot speculate on any information, but please provide your Ticket Number. I will personally investigate this ticket and take the appropriate steps.
