WHO AM I?
Hello there, I am Shotgun109 a diamond top player on the North American server who is fond of playing champions such as Darius, Vlad, Kennen, Cho'gath, Zac, Malphite, Rumble and Shen. Currently I'm trying to get my newly established ranked 5v5 team to challenger to compete in amateur and professional events. This will require me personally to become a better player both mechanically and mentally, which is what I will be focusing on in solo queue as I analyze my game play. As part of that dream I'm trying to get more involved in the community through my stream, and share some of the experience I've gained over almost 5000 games of League of Legends.
I have been playing League of Legends since right at the end of closed beta. It wasn't until recently that I decided to try make it to the professional level of league of legends, to basically make my living playing, competing, streaming and helping others learn League of legends. This is my passion and I enjoy sharing it people through my stream. As well as streaming I also periodically put guides out for my favorite champions, you can find links to these on my stream.
Feel free to ask any questions in twitch chat during games, as I have twitch chat pulled up on my second monitor. You can also add me as a friend in league of legends and ask my questions on there when my stream isn't up, I would ask that you please don't message me in game with questions if you are watching the stream and instead ask them on twitch chat.
I hope to you see soon!
FREE LESSON INFO
Lately I've been seeing all sorts of people both asking and paying for lessons from higher elo players, Being the nice gentleman cho'gath that I am I decided I could start giving out free lessons on stream so that I can offer advice to the person getting the lesson and the other viewers at the same time. The way this will work is you send a message on Twitch to Shotgun109, in the subject section put Free Lessons and the day you are asking for (currently free lessons take place on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday). In the actual message let me know what role your you mainly play and anything specific you want help on. I will then send a message back to whoever is picked for a free lesson with the the date and time of the lesson.Since I can't predict exactly how long games will last, there will be 3 Free lessons per-day that I am giving them.
First game slot 8pm-8:40pm aprox.
Second game slot 8:40pm-9:20pm aprox.
Third game slot 9:20pm-10pm aprox.
Once you have received a message back from me on twitch send me a friends request in League of Legends so I can spectate your game once its time for you lesson. I will commentate on the game and analyze anything you ask me to focus on. After the game I will go into twitch and highlight just that game so that you can go back and listen to my commentary of your game in real time in relation to the events of the game, as well as I will answer any questions you have about your game right up until the next lesson starts.
RANKED TEAM INFO
I recently formed a ranked 5v5s team, we are currently in our placement matches, I will update my Twitch channel periodically with our win loss ratio and current placement on the North American 5v5 ladder. My goal for the team is to get to challenger and compete in amateur and professional events. Through the stream you can follow our struggle up the ladder and gain some insights into competitive play, the difference between solo queue and ranked 5v5s is huge and will catch people who haven't experienced 5v5s before off guard. I'm hoping through streaming our team's games I can show you some of those differences and help any of you looking to get on a competitive 5v5 team.
