BotRK on riven?

    does it do anything? Like, she's an ad caster so does it actually effect her abilities?

    Not a great pickup, IMO. Riven doesn't autoattack much, and it's a basic attack-centric item.

    as a general rule, spell damage (i.e., the damage your abilities deal, be it physical or magical) does not benefit from life steal. so to answer your second question: no, it doesn't.

    personally i wouldn't pick it up on riven—as mentioned by a few others in this thread, items like bloodthirster and ravenous hydra are much better for riven since they give more attack damage (which riven really, really likes).
