confirmed mystic shot crit.

    I've had Ezreals mystic shot (q) crit at least two or three times. It pops the frenzy mastery and everything and I had 0% crit chance. I know it's been pointed out, but just want to bring it up again in case you didn't see it.

    Correct, this should have been fixed with the last patch. However, this patch has a fix that treats the root cause of the problem.
