I love playing LoL, just like everyone else who is reading this. We all win some, we all lose some, its a game and the point of playing is to keep your mind off things and to have a fun, fair experience for everyone, for normal games, ranks,and those lucky one who can play LoL Tournaments (which I give my best wishes). The Main reason and concern I'm writing this is this... Every Since Pre-season Three,when new Items were introduced, I see enemy champions "Blue Beam Teleport" next to me and other allies without Teleport in their summoner spells. I believe this is not a bug/glitch because I have seen enemy champions do this from one to the whole team "Blue Beaming" and killing our teammates at low health, in ganks,and to teleport to there base turrets doing all this without teleport, do you a problem with this? I believe this doesn't happen in ranks or tournaments I would hope not... and what about the newcomers to LoL, if they do nothing but lose due to these sad cheaters of LoL, newcomers will become frustrated and rage-quit if it is that severe and will probably want to quit playing this game; Not only them but the regular players of LoL that are good with whatever champions they may be good with will feel the same pain.They may be good but even then its overbearing to deal with hackers every couple of matches.Why cheat in this game? its not fair to other players and I really hope Moderators read this and step up and fix this fiasco of a mess.The last thing for me to say is this... the hackers,whoever they are,should be permanently banned in my strong opinion and I hope I get support from others who read this and that the people from Riot fix this problem, and to shed some light on this ongoing problem. You're seeing the graphical remnants of the last time you saw that champion (when they were recalling)
So, for instance, if I'm playing against you and the last I see of you is you finishing a recall, and then 3 minutes later, you jump out of a bush and kill me, I will still see for about half a second the graphic effects that were on you the last time the client drew you.
This is also why you'll sometimes see weird health pot particles appearing when you first re-establish contact with enemy champs as well.
TL;DR Not a cheat, a graphical bug.
Dratnos is correct. It's a known bug that we're working on fixing.
