Banned Twice for the same tribunal case

Ive submitted 3 tickets to your support system and ive gotten an automated response everytime.
So riot You guys banned me recently and it was orignally meant to be for 3 days and i was ok with that considering my behavior was toxic obviously and it gave me a chance to cool down but earlier today i got an email saying i had been banned for another week , even though it linked me to the same tribunal case i dont know why this happened but itd be nice if you could put my ban down to the original ban date, thank you

I've taken a look at this with the Tribunal team, and there seems to be a bug where a 2nd e-mail was sent for the same cases.

Your 3-day ban should expire today at 7:50 PM PST, and I'll double check and confirm that it happens tonight.
