I seriously have no idea what happened and how it occurred but it was pretty significant.
Firstly, Not sure if this is supposed to happen but lobby leader changed mid lobby, and we both had 4 bans each. but that is not the bug. All of a sudden it said i could not find the current game. could not choose my champion, then the time for my pick ran out and this happened. (refer to attached image)

It looks quite bad if this happens again.
