I always pronounced it Kuh-sad-in, as I had no point of reference in the beginning. He eventually corrected me that it's Kass-uh-din, but it took awhile for me to stop saying it the old way - habits die hard.
I used to say Nigh-duh-lee (where nigh is like "the end is nigh"), again before I had any point of reference. I was eventually told it's supposed to be Nid-uh-lee (where nid rhymes with mid, like mid lane).
I like to pronounce it Shake-oh, because then I can call his ultimate Fake-oh, which I find amusing.

I always pronounced it Kale (like the vegetable), although a friend of mine also argued with me once that it was pronounced like the female name Kay-lee. However, everyone I know at Riot pronounces it like I do, so I assume that's correct.
