Bug : Promotion Chance not granted after reaching 100 points in Diamond I

    My friend, KMJ recently played his 26th game or so in ranked. He was placed into Diamond I with 100 league points. Despite playing multiple games afterwards, he could not get a promotion chance.

    Is this a bug, or are there supposed to be other conditions that need to be met to get into Challenger Tier. Thanks.
