Of note, and particularly worrying, is that the reform cards for the permaban verdicts include multiple cases from the suspension verdict. Given that Riot's stance has always been avoiding double jeopardy and that cases from before a suspension are not supposed to be used in further Tribunal proceedings, I have to ask: is this a bug? It sure looks like one.
We've identified a list of players affected and have a special player support force working with them personally to fix their accounts.
Thankfully not that many players were affected, but we take these issues very seriously so the special player support team has been working around the clock to fix the accounts.
Is there anything we as Tribunal voters can do to help with these issues like helping to identify accounts affected?
I think for this one, most of the accounts have been fixed already.
In the future, just keep raising visibility on 'oddities' you might notice--we're pretty good about checking forums, Twitter, e-mail and determining whether the situations deserve escalation.
