Hello everyone, I recently bought thresh for 3v3 play and wanted to discuss him with GD and ask how I can master this amazing champion.
My inital game with thresh was positive, I ran AD marks armor seals MR glyphs and MS quints. For masteries I speced 9 into offensive and put the rest into defensive.
Summoner spells: ghost/ignite.
I decided to run thresh as a Tanky Ad carry.
(remember this is 3v3)
I started with boots and doran shield, and grabbed attack speed boots, wit's end and stattik shiv as my core items.
From there I grabbed frozen mallet and infnity edge with a runic bulwark when the game dragged on.
I focused on leveling up Q first, just for the passive damage, splitting the rest into W and E.
Focused on grabbing farm and souls and the final outcome was strong. I would 3-5 shot everyone on the enemy team (very late into the game)
I enjoyed playing him but i was wondering if anyone could reply to my questions
1. Can thresh Q's passive magic damage critically hit?
2. Is AP thresh better?
3. can he jungle?
4. how does he handle as a support?
For the 9 your put in offense, I hope they were CDR, AP, and magic pen. 2/3 of his auto attacks is magic damage (at full charge), and the rest of his abilities are also magic.
On ad thresh getting the extra ad and pen is a lot stronger than getting the mpen. Getting extra attack speed is especially strong over cdr since you add souls to your base damage on each hit.
