    This website is not official and is just speculation. It has said the gifting center is supposed to come out Feb 4th, which obviously it hasn't

    Garena is our Southeast Asia partner. Those dates are not for North American servers.

    It has more to do with setting up gifting for their store. The content should still be released on the same cadence (last I heard).
