It's not letting me purchase RP with my parent's Master card (I keep getting an error message). I wait 15-20 minutes (or after games) to try again as one forum said, but to no avail. I'd like to know how I could fix this (if I can that is). Also, I'd like to know if they are charging the account for all these "errors". Thank you for your time if you choose to read this
Contact Player Support and they may be able to help you out. You may also wish to contact your credit card company and ensure that you don't have any blocks on your account preventing the purchase.
FWIW, I don't see any transactions that you've been charged for. So long as you're getting an error message like that, you shouldn't need to worry about it.
I have purchased RP with the same card multiple times in the past, Thank you for your response but Im just really confused at why it does not seem to be working now. Would you be able to shed any more light on the situation?
