Hello, Raikou! I saw your message and thought I'd help out. Checking your account shows that you have the skin you unlocked. Occasionally a client restart is required to update your content. This isn't the norm and I'm working with our developers to get things back to normal. Until then, my apologies for the confusion. Enjoy your skin and good luck in your games!
