When the new HUD was released there where crystals located in the notches on the center HUD section with the mana and hp bar. When you had the HUD animation off they would show and if it was on they would start spinning. Now they only show up if the animations are disabled.
1. Start a game
2. Hit ESC and go into video settings
3. Enable HUD animations
I attached screen shots this happens for me on both mac and windows test and official clients and repair function did not fix this issue. I also have tested this on 4 different computers and multiple different accounts.
