Heya summoners! As you know, our champions use quite a variety of unique, interesting mechanics to obliterate their foe. And, well, HELLO, we should bring focus to that!! So I'm glad to introduce you to a new aesthetic upgrade to the in-game HUD, animated HUD bars!! We created unique source animations to establish the characteristics of each source being used. Players want the ability to unlock and move around all bars / portions of the stock UI. Has there been a problem with this request being communicated with the staff? Is there some sort of limitation that lacks a remedy in solving this addition to the game?

I really like these effects and the additional attention to detail you guys have been putting into the game. It really makes the game feel more dynamic and look cleaner. My only question is: how noticeable will these be in-game? As it stands right now, that part of the HUD is rather small (which obviously isn't a bad thing) and makes it difficult to appreciate these changes
That's why we made 'em all big and such for you to appreciate!
Seriously though, it's actually a balancing act that we took into consideration. We needed to make the animations different enough to stand out from each other while at the same time not draw attention away from the action on the field. If the bars were too over the top, they just became distracting and it was like having a blinking red light just out of your field of vision. No fun. So these should be visually cool without becoming distracting.
Great job guys, question though, will these still let you know what your regen amount is like the current bars?

There will be a performance hit when enabling more VFX altho that is quite a difference. I send in this information. This is a perfect reason why we have placed this on PBE first to catch these types of issues.

Will this be mandatory, or will it be a toggle in the settings?
Because, as is easy to guess, toasters don't handle extra graphical fidelity too well, even when it's extra 2D GUI elements.
