Banned for name no warning

    Hello,

    I was recently banned due to I believe my summoner name. As I have no longer been negative.

    If so should you not atleast give us a chance to pay to change our name? Could this be discussed more

    Player Support will provide you with a name change for free. At that time your account will be unlocked and you will be able to play again.
