Posted 2/15/2013 7:22:28 PMHe's perfectly viable. Tier 3 just means he's average. It's been discussed before on here; Swain's weakness is that you have to be very good at farming on him (which is difficult in the early levels) or else he doesn't scale up very well. If you get fed on Swain though, he's among the best sustain-damage casters.

Posted 2/14/2013 5:27:39 PMI understand that heimer might not be a good pick for your 5v5 solo tier list because his late game dominance depends on a team that understands poking...
but how could you possibly place him last in the current meta? He beats almost any other AP mid, and contributes greatly to a push or poke team late.
Please stop confusing least played champion with worst champion... anyone can look up usage stats.

I've been playing a lot of Udyr jungle since his buff and he's gotten considerably stronger because of it. He's very safe (a 100%hp jungler), brings hard CC, massive burst damage using tiger stance/tiger priming, the best objectiving power of any jungler in the game (can solo dragon at level 5 with just a madred's), a good mobility boost...
I feel like Udyr is really under-rated...

Posted 2/14/2013 6:18:15 AMUdyr now recieves 4% armor and magic resist per stack of passive. Stacks up to 3 times for potentially 12% armor and MR.
This isn't just bonus resists either, applies to your base.
