Wtf Quinn tier 4? She is like tier 1, but never banned... She has poke, burst, sustained damage, vision every 30 sec and nice movility... She can destroy carries like trynda, yi, vayne, fiora, voli, shen, garen, ezreal... She isnt so good on 5v5, but on twisted treeline she is like a god... (sorry, my english is bad)

good syndra destroys all. so much burst. so much utility.. you must play with bad people. :l some people honestly shouldn't waste time on 'tier lists' i don't think you understand what's going on here. you have no examples or anything why champions are where they are in the tiers.. it just seems random to me, like you get raped by X champ so he's god tier, you beat Y champ so he's tier 2. i don't think you understand this game entirely and the champions in it.

Zed is actually pretty godlike in 3v3.

I'd like to state that Akali should not be placed in Tier 1.  I play Akali often and like to think that I do very well with her in SR, Dominion, and ARAM if I'm lucky.  When I saw that she was placed in T1 on this list, my first thought was, "Alllllriiight, gonna pwn some people with ma gurl in 3v3."

Totally wrong.  Akali is still the same crazy burst assassin as ever, albeit with the same crippling counter- stealth detection.  Any competent player in 3v3 will be giddy with joy as soon as a Teemo, Shaco, Akali, etc. is picked, because there is an awesome item known as "Grez's Spectral Lantern".  Grez's is cheap, running at 1200g and is a standard buy anyway as it is the rough equivalent of Wriggle's.  Put this on the jungler/bruiser and it's GG Akali.

TL;DR:  Akali should be placed in T3 or lower.  Crippled by Grez's which is standard build anyway.

I must say, I disagree with several of the placements here. Firstly, Master Yi in third tier? AP Yi owns in 3's. It doesn't even matter if they have alot of cc, he can obliterate most comps. Secondly, you have Nocturne in Tier 2, as a jungler. AD Nocturne can destroy teams if you build him correctly and go bot lane/jungle. As for your placement for Kha'Zix and Cho'Gath, I completely agree. Though, I prefer to build Cho'Gath as more of a bruiser than AP carry. Your placement of Tryndamere in the god tier is completely incorrect, in my opinion. Tryndamere is countered hard by CC and ignite. Last season, I'd also have disagreed with you about Teemo, however with the inception of Lightbringer, he's now completely useless. Another one to note would be Twitch. If built right, he can be a devestating force in threes. Though, generally, most traditional ADCs do not fare well in 3's simply because of how long it takes for them to get strong and how squishy they are.

If you're completely relying on teemo shrooms to play teemo, you ain't doin teemo right...

I actually wrote that comment prior to trying Teemo out in 3's for myself (I had mainly played against Teemos and owned them with ease). However, after playing him for myself and actually adapting a build for myself, I've found something that works really well, but he still gets shit on earlygame by anyone that can burst him down.

I'm not sure about the Taric placement here, I've found that he is very strong in a lane vs AD as his best item is probably frozen hart. When Taric can get farm and build full tank he makes his team so much more tanky, and his ulti gives his team a good amount of damage.

I know Singed is still good on 3s, but what are your opinion on him after the nerfs. His ult is much less effective and has lower AP scaling on fling. 

Together with the nerfs I think was a bug fix, there was a bug that caused the poison to tick twice instead of the intended thrice. Singed is still strong bro :)

I know he's still strong, but the CC reduction being taken off was a massive blow.

A pro singed player can wreck threes like nobodies' business. I've seen Singed overcome odds that I thought were completely impossible. Regardless of the nerfs, he'll still remain strong.

Hmm, can anyone explain how Tryndamere and Kayle are God tier? IMHO they're easily shutdown by exhaust and or a counterpick like Nasus. I don't really know since I haven't been seeing anyo Trynds and Kayles in my TT draft experience. Thanks :)

If i'm playing trynd in TT i'm taking cleanse. Sure their are still champs that can counter him but his ability to hyper carry against only 3 champs is phenomenal. Kayle and Trynd can easily and quickly farm the jungle if your team doesn't have one which will allow them to outfarm almost anyone. Both their invulns will allow them to pick at least one opponent off and when their is only 3 champs its alot more game changing than SR, because they will most likely live after or be a big enough nuisance to allow your teammates to pick up the other 2 kills.

Oh, I never took farming the jungle into account when I said that. Makes sense :P
