Please watch the video for the best explanation into how the new tier list has been set up. As a short summary - the tier list has been divided into categories in order to make it coherent and easier to manage despite taking more work to set up. Every category will list factors to further exemplify the different types of junglers from one another. Keep in mind that Sejuani and Trundle are not in this tier list due to their impending reworks/tune-ups and will be added later.

Take notice that some junglers will be placed in more than one category tier list and there may be some overlap in explanations and stats. The general spreadsheet that details the factors encompasses all categories. Every category still takes the spreadsheet into account when it comes to the champion placements within them. Some champions did not receive any explanations because I felt they did not require any or were not interesting. Some champion explanations can be implied simply by reading the charts and taking note of the champion's placement.

Description of tiers:

Tier God : Champions that are really all around strong. If you play against one! Good Luck! 

Tier 1: Champions that are taken most of the time, really strong picks. These are generally the most banned champions.

Tier 2: Just under tier one, these champs are very good, common picks. You will see them banned after T1. These champions fulfill their roles well.

Tier 3: You will rarely, if ever, see these champs banned but they are still good. Not the best, but still good and worthwhile. 

Tier 4: Ehhh... I recommend not to pick these. There are just so many better champs... Just saying!

TOP SOLO QUEUE PICKS - This is solely based on how well they do in lane, how easy they are to play, and how hard you can carry a game with these champions in solo queue. They are my top picks to gain Elo with currently in the game and they are listed in no specific order.
