Warmog is good in late game sieges with its percentage HP regen and HP is an early game king of stats. But besides that it provides no utility, so it's not that versatile like some other options.

Muramana is bad on Panth. You want power ASAP and Muramana requires too much time to be useful. I'd rather spend that 2,1k on Elder Lizard.

Play Nunu.

I main Sona.

Buying a Sightstone and 1-2 blue pots as Sona is much more gold efficient than buying a philo stone and 1-2 wards.

Buying philo first is a big mistake in most cases. Sightstone gives you more gold from its passive than philo, and early game HP is a godlike stat. Only finish philo first when you have spare 180g or 340g and can't afford to buy a ruby stone.

What else to say... The difference between average support and good support lies in the decision making. The knowledge when to harass, back up, jungle routes and warding is essential for good supporting. I say that as a platinum support main who play mostly Sona due to my bad mechanical skills.

Support is an easy mode for carrying out of bronze and silver. Your ADC, APC, Top and Junger are statistically equally skilled as opponents'. The real difference lies in the support, where, let's be honest, most bronze and silver players have no clue how to play. The fact that you can play this role in almost every match without fighting with other players can only help you.

If you don't believe, I'm myself a support main and I'm in my bo5 promotion for platinum after ~45 ranked games. Over 80% of my matches are from support position. I have terrible mechanical skill, that's why my main is Sona, and it seems to work very well for me.

And in case if you wonder why bronze and silver players consider support the least impactful role, here is a tip: most supports are no longer in silver.

Wait. Rammus you say? He has already so much MR from his W thas you can honestly stack HP and still do well. Go for CDR and you'll have W on smth like 8.5s CD.

If you need MR even after Bulwark just grab a Negatron and leave it be. If the match somehow drags so long that you can finish it, build it into Banshee/Abyssal/Spirit Visage.
