Brand, Karma and Zyra are all very underrated supports right now. I also run some stuff like Veigar, Kennen and Nasus (Magic Pen + Tank on Veigar, usually Zhonya + pure tank on Kennen and pure tank Nasus unless I can get away with 1 damage item. occasionally to varying levels of success.

Thing is, if you AA you will get minion aggro, and there is little you can do about that, or getting hit by a random minion. I intentionally changed all her abilities to physical damage. I believe it is more fair, since it is easier to itemize against it. On the upside, it is easier to itemize for it. As I said in my previous post, you can't afford to sit in one place for 2 seconds, especially not since she doesn't have a mobility spell. I know that it kinda defines her, but it also kills her.
Well, actually you can avoid it through walking straight into a brush or just making sure you are right outright minion AA range so you can walk out without minion aggro attacking you. It's one of those things that takes a long time to get used to, and I feel like its a good thing to have an ability that forces you to be more careful. Likewise, I get where you are coming from, being unable to channel for 2 seconds, but that's why you pick her into a suitable team-comp, with people like Jarvan and Amumu to lock down your opponent for you. The physical damage/magical damage point, it's just a matter of perspective, some people like it, some people don't I can accpet that. I think it just feels better for me to have mixed damage on MF, since I got used to it after so long.

I grab Thornmail when I don't get wrecked by mages, or when I need to not die against enemy auto-attackers. The main and only problem I have with Thormail is that it is completely and utterly useless against APs (since it provides no MR or health and mages generally don't AA, I'm ignoring Kayle or whatever weird AP AAs you guys are thinking about). Apart from that, it's a good and cheap item against AD champions.

I can see where people are coming from, disliking the magic damage, but I like it personally. It makes her early game and mid-game stronger. People don't complain about Corki's magic damage, so I don't see why they complain about MF's.
As for her Q, they need to make it Champions with Impure Shot stacks within 40 degrees > Champions within 20 degrees > Champions within 40 degrees > Minions/monsters. Any other change is unnecessary.
As for Nemo's suggested MF changes, I like the Passive change, but it might buff her too much, manipulating it wisely is one of the things that separates a good MF from a mediocre one. A good MF will manage to harass without having minions pop her passive, while a mediocre one will get her passive popped by a ranged minion AA. I think what I would do to keep that is actually just make it so that minions only stop popping her passive at either Level 11 or 16 instead of from the start. Q change is good, nuff said. Other than that, I wouldn't really change much else. W magic damage actually makes her harder to itemize again (yes there's also the whole argument about Armor Pen benefitting her less, but since people don't complain about Kog'Maw or Corki or Ezreal, I don't see what they're complaining about MF's magic damage. Her E is no mana dump, it has a HUGE base damage and provides vision, while also allows her to zone enemies, it's the skill you should almost always max first on her, as it gives her a decent wave pushing ability, a huge AoE slow + good damage. Her R has to retain the channel, its part of what makes her unique. It's another one of those things that makes or breaks a MF player. She's all about managing to position herself correctly to get the full channel of her ult off. But that's just me, I personally like the way MF is and don't think she needs any changes.

Oh the topic of MF, seriously her spells do scale off AD. Her ult applies Impure Shots, giving it a total of 2.16 AD ratio assuming the target has 0 Impure Shot stacks prior to the ult and gets the full blown of it. She's seriously in a good spot right now. She's definitely not akbfiabsdkafisa OP right now, but she isn't shit tier either.
On the topic of Lucian, I think OP's proposed Q and Passive changes are enough, maybe the R change, everything else is not really needed. Although I do very much prefer if Lucian had a slow removal back on his E instead of the current reduce CD effect.

and skill wise just think of it as both teams are same lvl, the team that has 30 kills should win.
The important thing is whether you capitalised on it. For example, if I got 30 kills on my team, then proceeded to take both bosses (say Cursed Hollow) then yes, I deserve to win. However, if I got 30 kills and failed to capitalise any objectives, (say the enemy had 10) then I deserve to lose
Putting that into League context. If you have a 20 kill lead and you didn't push, instead just perma-farmed the jungle, you deserve to lose.

You are thinking of it like it's the same as other mobas, and it only is to a certain extent. If the 2 teams are of equal skill, the 30 kill team is still more likely to win since they should be able to apply more pressure. If you're losing, that can only mean that you are worse than the other team skillwise.

Well, one of the things you could do is change your mindset a little bit. I know it's easier said than done and I've been through how you feel before. What allowed me to play ranked was exactly as I said, changing my mindset. Instead of viewing it as a competitive environment that I HAD to win, I started to tell myself that Ranked was merely a place that would allow me to matchup against better players. Don't think about your rank r anything. As long as you can tell yourself that you tried your hardest, its enough.

Doesn't it bother anyone that even if you get really far ahead the enemy still has a chance to comeback?

It's not that easy, especially since the slow is pretty high.
Probably a test subject for future reference. It's definitely interesting I think, she's a good test subject for flattened crit as well since she originally had crit involved in her crit already and a lot of people complained that it didn't do anything post first hit, so flattened crit essentially flattens her damage and instead of making a big shot followed by weaker damage.
