    Yelloooh!!

I'm back (for those who know who I am. none, or so, i'd guess). I stopped coming to RoG for a while because it took me sooo.. muuuch.. time.

but now i made a new video and need some free advertising (points for honesty, huh?) and so, here i am, logging in for the first time in the last 5 or 6 months.

    hope you enjoy it!

p.S.: In case you didn't notice, it's probably not the best video of all time, but it was worth the shot, i guess huehue

that problem occurs in mobas just as well as it occurs in LoL. maybe you react differently because in LoL the game actually "ends", but you can have the same mindset in any mmo.

    one raid - pause

    one duel - pause

    etc.

i lose myself much more in LoL than in an mmo, because "its just another game, it's just another game" while in mmos, no matter how innovative they are, eventually the novelty steam runs out, and you're left doing the same stuff again

edit: i thought about it, and theres something that really kicks up the pressure of mmo's when you play with someone. unless it's an irl friend, you will end up in one of two situations.

either the other guy starves to death on order to level up and when you come back the next day he is already max level and you dont even bother to play with him

or the other guy barely plays at all and you're the one stuck with a lower level guy and have to ditch him or go to lower level zones and bore to death (im not saying that the other guy should be all "Hermagerd must level", im usually that guy, honestly, but i understand its boring)

the only mmo i liked so far in my life was runescape, because i played it with friends. i think that sums up pretty much what i think of mmo's. all the same, doesnt matter the genre you'll always spend hours and hours grinding, and if you do it alone is really boring.

but with a friend.. well, i loved runescape, so it tells something lol

edit: even though im quite digging dragonNest, mostly because you can play with a controller lol (i usually get too confused with so many buttons, and always misclick everything, so with controller is more fun to me) and the fighting is really cool, so far

i always find montages like these pretty boring (no offense), because, well, they are pretty much always the same thing.

try to make some more editing, instead of just putting the clips there. it was a point where the music reached a climax but it didn't fit the video in any way. whenever you use electronic music like that for background, at least (you can do much more) but, at least, try to make it so that the "drop", or the build up or wtv you want to call it is synched with a kill (or a pentakill, or a mega juke, like one of those flash dodges you made).

for example, as soon as the music reached his peak you could slow down the video and have the flash itself synch with the beat.

time for some free advertisement (: lol

here you can see how i made pretty much every video transition be at the same time as a beat. i understand your idea wasnt to make such an overedited video (unlike me, i just wanted to throw sh** in there, because im that cool lol) but the same principle still applies

well, i dont see streams anymore, but based on what you said, i'd guess it's because asides from empowered W, rengar doesnt have any survival on his kit, and if he uses it, bb dmg

my policy is: idc if the enemy 1000ap nidalee has 1hp and my vayne projectile is 1 pixel away from hitting her, i'll use that veigar ult to secure it. a kill is a kill, and the lack of that guy on the team is far more valuable than some extra gold your adc would get

Sorry but that's just being a dick. The off-chance that they will get away isn't worth wasting your ulti, denying the gold from your ADC, and probably getting him pissed at you. Even if they get away 10% of the time (assuming you're really bad at predicting damage), 90% of the time you have your ulti for the next fight to kill someone who ISN'T secured.

To the OP, what killer just said is an example of an unnecessary steal. Stealing is using a highly valuable spell or ability to take a kill that was 90+% secure.

KSing as I've described above is RARE, and it's usually really obvious. The reason people apologize is to make sure you know it was unintentional and they aren't either being a selfish little bitch or REALLY BAD at predicting damage.

That said, don't ever complain about KSing.

EDIT: One more thing- assist gold. I'll gladly let someone KS me for the assist gold (assuming they don't have to waste flash+ignite+ulti or something like that) because more gold for the team is more gold for the team.  Many times I've tried to let my jungler get a kill so the team gets assist gold, but he's afraid to KS me.

of course my example was super extreme, i didnt mean to say that "I WANT THE KILL ALL THE BUUUURSTS!!!!", it was a way of saying that i will never restrain myself from dealing dmg to a target to give the kill to my adc (or wtv higher priority player in my team), even if the kill seems secure (again, because you can never be sure)

i think ks means only (and i mean ONLY) kill securing. even if it seems the kill is perfectly guaranteed:

-maybe he was saving his heal

-maybe his flash just came out of cooldown

-maybe their thresh just bugged and randomly ported near his ally and can now shield him

    -maybe...maybe...maybe...

you can never guarantee that you (or your ally) will kill the guy. i've been through too many situations where that "free kill" just got away with 1hp, so, now my policy is: idc if the enemy 1000ap nidalee has 1hp and my vayne projectile is 1 pixel away from hitting her, i'll use that veigar ult to secure it. a kill is a kill, and the lack of that guy on the team is far more valuable than some extra gold your adc would get
