Unofficial PBE Patch Notes for 10/17/2013 - More Kassadin and Xerath Changes, Sivir Model Updates

 

Haunted Zyra Available for Purchase on the PBE

She is available for 1350 RP, but is still inactive due to a bug.

Champion Changes

Kassadin

  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Now deals 80/105/130 Damage (Up from 70/100/130)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Tooltip now says: 'Additionally, each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 8 seconds costs 100 additional Mana and deals 50/55/60 (+0.1*AP) additional damage, stacks up to 10 times.'
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Added to the tooltip: 'If Kassadin hits an enemy champion with Riftwalk, it refunds 50 % of the cost.'

Xerath

  • Stasis Orb [ E ] - Now deals 85/120/155/190/225 damage (Down from 100/140/180/220/260)
  • Stasis Orb [ E ] - Scaling is back to +0.45*AP (Down from +0.6*AP)
  • Ascension [ R ] - Arcane Barrage now deals 125/175/225 damage (down from 150/200/250)

Turret Indicators Are Now on the PBE

    It's a regional release skin to celebrate League of Legends launching in Turkey I believe.

    Did the Masteries fix come in? I'm tired of not being able to use masteries, what is this glitch or problem? Needs a patch on that please.

    Meh i liked the previous PBE kass ult better. This one right here is almost a straight-up buff as if kass wasn't banned all the time already.

    And i hope they stop nerfing xerath already

    Did you forget that he lost his scaling mres, his Q does 60 less damage at max rank and the ratio on riftwalk went down

    Pretty sure those will outweigh this small mana buff in terms of overall balance.

    hells yes, refund mana for kass? awesome. might actually be able to stack up 10 times now without having every mana item in the game

    yeah basicly u needed at least 3700-3800 mana to stack rift walk 8 times

    I feel this is a solid change for Kassadin.  He's in a good spot now with this latest change.
