[VERY UNCONFIRMED] Possible Sign Of A New Morgana Skin
IMPORTANT! What you see below might as well be a misunderstanding or just a random file!!!
A very interesting particle arrived with today's PBE patch: the particle's name is "Morgana_Skin06_BA_Tar_cloud".
Having in mind the skins start counting from "00" (which is the classic one), "Skin_06" means a seventh skin, which Morgana doesn't have at this point. Below you can see the file itself, but again - this doesn't confirm ANYTHING, those are mostly guesses!

- Zed just got the SKT T1 skin, and no, it's not bad and you're too slow.
- Karma has many skins
- Sejuani has a few skins
- Aatrox doesn't need a new skin because Kha'Zix was released before him

Posted 5/30/2014 9:04:44 PMYeah there mostly will be a nerf since she's become fairly dominant and her even being back in the scene has shown riot that she still has a 3 second cc, something rammus and fid were nerfed for, with damage, something the other two don't have.

Posted 5/30/2014 10:05:27 PMBut Rammus and Fid's cc are hard cc and targetted, and Ramus's has the side effect of lowering the target's armor. Not saying they won't do it, but it's a question.
Adjusting Q from 3-3 to 2.3 flat (which is what I'd expect) isn't a flat nerf: it hurts botmorg who maxes q first, but brings some more early power to midmorg.
