AD Scaling =/= Physical damage.

And that might mean having quints and reds have MPen. Of course, it might be extra beneficial to get hybrid runes, but that's just me.

 

I actually agree.

The only thing that people are posting is that 5 ADCs (or 4, or 3) won't win games. That's because they are so "OP" they need people to peel for them so they get to do stupid amounts of damage. The entire game is balanced around ADCs. It is very rare for a bruiser or AP carry to demand people protect them while they destroy teams unlike ADCs. I can think of Urgot, Karthus, AP Kog, and Cassiopeia as potential lategame APCs, but no one plays them with the exception of Urgot who is seen very rarely.

In other words, is it fair for the game to be balanced solely around ADCs?

Actually, as I see it the Tiger change was also a nerf to his lategame. Sure you can itemize better now, but magic damage was still better lategame because people stack armor and health, and only get a little extra MR. All that pen just gives you the same damage it is going to do when it is changed and you have itemized.

HOWEVER, Riot forgot one little itsy-bitsy thing that is going to make lane Udyr retarded as all hell. Sure his free mana is gone, but HOLY SHIZNIT HIS PHOENIX STANCE. Phoenix Stance has better sustained damage, but now you instantly proc his breath when you switch into it, meaning you have a bit of burst too. Overall, you will be doing way more damage now in sustained trades and still be really strong at trading with Phoenix. Don't forget it transitions better to lategame split pushing too! And I am slightly interested in the new builds he will have; will he spec slightly into AP? Or now itemize solely for a bruiser build? Only time will tell which one is superior.

OMG UDYR BUFFS!

You can now itemize against his Q, but it scales harder lategame now as he actually can build penetration and feel good doing it. The mana nerf with his Turtle is going to hurt quite a bit, but my god dat passive buff, I CAN ACTUALLY CATCH PEOPLE NOW!!!!!!

The one thing I wish Riot did was buff his Pheonix Stance's base damage, there is absolutely no reason to take it over Tiger Stance right now when jungling. None. Needs a buff.

Normally I defend you from people who criticize you, but seeing as how Malphite has had a 100% win rate in both recent tournaments with a large number of picks (no one has a 100% win rate with his amount of picks) I would question him being in tier 2.

Ahri has also had some pretty good success with a very high win rate, but since she isn't picked that often you know more about this I think.

Also, Vi and Hecarim tier 2 and Volibear tier 1? Volibear seems gimmicky, picked up by one team pretty much and you only have Xin and Jarvan in tier 1 as other junglers. They might need to move up as those 2 are banned out pretty darn often. They also have decent win rates in NA, but maybe you are predicting against European/Korean teams they won't be as effective (stats don't lie). Still, Volibear?

Finally, Shen has seen some really dismal w/l ratios in current tournaments. It seems like you just pick someone who crushes him in lane, take teleport as a summoner spell, and voila! A higher than 50% chance at winning!

Zyra also has a pretty awesome win rate, as does Urgot. They aren't necessarily traditional, but they seem to work well!

Eve and Olaf are still really strong in my opinion, I personally would put them in tier 2, they just haven't been picked lately. I await the day when someone picks them up and suddenly they become overplayed just like Singed recently, XD

 

Other than that, good tier list! I'm not hating on it, but maybe just looking at some stats have biased me. :) Keep up the good work! I always look forward to these even if I critique them! :O

I don't know if this is about Lissandra or just Lissandra, as Sejuani in this art is fully covered in pelts. This may be the Sejuani rework they were hinting at earlier this year!

So he was constantly picked/banned at tournaments and always had a very high w/l rate (one of the best who was played over a large number of games, not a gimmicky 1 or 2 games), so these nerfs are undeserved? Please. He is too strong and he is being fixed so WE DON'T HAVE TO SEE SINGED PICKED OR BANNED IN NEARLY EVERY GAME. Still viable, but the numbers over this long of a period of time show that he needs to be toned down. He still gain armor, mr, ap, MS, hp & mana regen when he ults and he was never really known to build 500 AP so the scaling nerfs aren't THAT bad. Still going to run at the neemy carry, flip them, and troll all day long.
