Updated Vel'Koz Base Skin Splash

A few changes have been made to the original splash, here is how it looks now:

The order is just as you'd think: Passive, Q, W, E, R

Champion Changes

Vel'Koz

  • Plasma Fission [ Q ] - Now costs 40/45/50/55/60 Mana (Down from 50/55/60/65/70 compared to last PBE patch)

Item Changes

Moonflair Spellblade

  • UNIQUE Passive - Tenacity: The word "polymorphs" added to the tooltip

Zephyr

  • UNIQUE Passive - Tenacity: The word "polymorphs" added to the tooltip

    Battlecast Vel'Koz kinda reminds me the Sentinels from Matrix.

    The Matrix was released before Y2K, just to make Rioters and others feel old, there are 15 year olds driving around who have never seen The Matrix.

    It was released in the 90s, we're now in the 10s, the 00s have long passed.

    And don't even get me started on the Pierce Brosnan James Bond last movie being release in 2002, over a decade ago now too.  12 year olds who only know Daniel Craig.

    That's probably Anivia I would say.

    She was one of the original soon-to-be Battlecasts, according to Battlecast Cho'Gath's sneak peek blueprint.

    YES, Thank you for making me not feel alone, that is totally a battlecast kitty right there, I tried matching it up to cho'gath prime but it just doesn't fit right.

    in Vel Koz Splash something is flying around looks kinda like Aatrox maybe battlecast Aatrox woundt know a champ with this kind of silhoutte

    or its xerath althought he doesnt have wings ^^
