Rengar's long lost brother in Flejord. The second and third drawings are totally kid Rengar and kid Gnar holding hands. Also G - N - A - R is pretty much RENGAR with out E.

But seriously, in the lore: "Rengar never knew his real parents, but was raised by a human who was revered as a legendary hunter " is all to Rengar is back story. Maybe something happened to his (and Gnar's) family that separated them? 

But Rengar hasn't been alive for 100,000 years has he?

looks like some kind of yordle species that got wiped out by what looks like vel'koz (probably not him) and i guess gnar is related to them somehow and was trapped in ice for whatever reason and broke free

I'm surprised that no one has come to the conclusion of parasitic symbiosis. I mean, in the preview it shows small meek creatures that then get attacked by some monstrous being. It then shows the creature Gnar, which resembles the Yordle-like creatures fighting tentacle-being and the disappearance of the tentacle-being with the end result of Gnar.

If he's using that new Tantrum resource, perhaps it's the result of the parasite, as normally Yordles don't have that disposition (except Veigar, maybe Amumu).

The end movie seems to show him small then he grows. I bet his ult is like he gets much bigger + stat buff
