- Overdrive [W] - Mini rework
- Now gives 70/75/80/85/90% movement speed (up from 16/20/24/28/32%)
- Movement speed now decays over duration
- Duration is now 5 seconds (down from 8)
- Now slows after the speed buff expires by 30% movement speed for 1.5 second.
- Sadism [R] - Cooldown is now 75/65/55 seconds (down from 75 at all ranks)
- Dark Frenzy [W] - Now Evelynn spell hits against champions give 4 movement speed for 3 seconds. Stacks up to 4 times.
- Urchin Strike [Q] - AP ratio is now 0.3*AP (down from 0.5*AP) [Note: reverted to live]
- Base Health is now 586.2 (down from 631.2)
- Base Health per level is now 75 (down from 90)
- Primal Surge [E] - Cooldown is now 16 seconds (up from 12)
- Tunnel [E] - New mechanic - Tunnels have now a second cooldown on use.
- Queen's Wrath [Q] - AD ratio is now 0.2*AD (down from 0.3*AD)
Okay, that kinda sucks. It's a pretty big hit to her mobility. But then again I guess it's understandable.

i guess you now cannot chain tunnels,did you ever stoled red buff then cross with a tunnel THEN cross trough dragon wall using an older tunnel? all in front of jungler enemy face? or a super fast travel wraiths to mid,stuff like that, im not liking they way they re balancing rek sai, if what is a problem is the utility,touch the utility,dont turn her even more a knock up bot(wich she is already,she is all about unburrow people,her E is pretty unreliable,and her Q is mostly a clean camps tool.
So they will nerf every champion that can compete with tank jungler, Good, and they say that the meta is not controlled by riot.
Nothing about controlling the meta, just about trying to not make champs shit based on the fact there are other champs that make them redundant.
Yeah, so that "nerf" on sejuani and nerfing all the other champions that can compete with her now is not controlling? I don't know. She still has 56% of winrate and 75% winrate i think on lcs. Lee sin/Elise/Jarvan IV/Evelyn were nerfed for less. She is pick or ban every game in every region so.

I dislike the tone of your messages, you act as if there is some conspiracy going on at Riot to control what champs you play. They pretty much want all champs to have a niche, yeah they buffed Sej a bit hard, they like what she embodies (the capacity for tank junglers and other junglers with a weak early game to be viable), so they nerfed her in places where she was far too forgiving, don't worry, she will be addressed if she disrupts jungle diversity.
So they are nerfing the damage of someone (Rek Sai) who brings nothing but damage? Interesting

im thinking that she maybe needs tweaks for a better late game, its map control is good so are his ganks,but his dmg is far from noticeable at any point of the game.
she is already a knock up bot, thats what she is about early mid and late game. his dmg on Q is meh at best,and the infamous true dmg execute is SOOOO situational,and is not there most of the times you have the good ocasion, and charge some fury pre fight is not always an option.
she is pretty much a poor womans jarvan who can apply better presure lvls 1-5

So, as I just started posting, and am only silver, feel free to tell me how full of it I am. I am an off and on jungle main, I can handle it. With that being said, I'm not really sure why Riot decided to make a Nid a good jungler anyways. Most other junglers are held down by not being able to kill a lane outright without trade offs. Sure, Lee Sin is in the game, but they are constantly changing him, and the items that work with him, to bring him back in line. Also, as a silver player, Lee's at my ELO do one of two things: carry ass, or feed like inSec's evil twin.
On top of that, I may be looking at being a support main now, if they can get those crazy ass Blitz changes out the way they sound. I guess diminishing returns apply, but damn. That shit sounds like it will make it a lot easier to run around people to grab the people you want to, instead of whoever is in front.
There is no way those nidalee changes are going to ship. This will break her in every position not just jungle
Her HP is pretty darn high for a sieger tho.
She gets 90 HP per lvl, that is the same as Nasus. But she has high mobility, no cost jumps, Killer spears of massive range. I am pretty confident that those changes will ship like this or slightly nerfed as like 80 health/lvl.
I should never pick up a Champion with potential again. Elise got killed, and nidalee got killed twice now. I am prepared for shaco nerfs. But alteast kata and leblanc stay the same so everyone can enjoy blind snowball and the safest nuker in the world.
I agree. But then again, Riot will probably ship these changes, then realised they fucked up AGAIN and rebuff her, like every other champion except J4, whose Armor nerf was plain stupid (2 extra Armor is not really compensation, they could have at least buffed his Shield to make up for the decrease in Armor).
