Champion Changes

Braum

• Base damage is now 53.2 (down from 56.2)
• Winter's Bite [ Q ] - Now deals 60/105/150/195/240 damage (down from 60/110/160/210/260)
• Stand Behind Me [ W ] - Armor and Magic Resist granted on arrival is now 15 / 17.5 / 20 / 22.5 / 25 (changed from 10/15/20/25/30)
• Stand Behind Me [ W ] - Additional Armor and Magic Resist granted is now 10 / 11.5 / 13 / 14.5 / 16 % of Braum's bonus Armor/Magic Resist (down from 12/14/16/18/20 %)

• Base Movement speed is now 340 (down from 350)

Kayle

• Righteous Fury [ E ] - Now increases the attack range by 400 (up from 350) [Back to Live values]

Kha'Zix

• Taste Their Fear [ Q ] - Active: Now deals 55/80/105/130/155 damage (down from 70/100/130/160/190)
• Taste Their Fear [ Q ] - Active's damage now scales by 1.2 bonus AD (down from 1.5 bonus AD)
• Taste Their Fear [ Q ] - If the target is isolated, the damage is now increased by 20% (down from 45%)
• Taste Their Fear [ Q ] - Evolved Enlarged Claws: Now increases the damage to 66/96/126/156/186 + 10 for each level (+ 2.4 bonus AD)

Kha'Zix was level 3 when the screenshot was taken, so this is 30 damage. Adding said 30 to the flat 96 (for skill's rank 2) gives us 126 (which you see in the image).
At the same time he had 20 AD from items which gives him almost 49 bonus AD since it's a bit over 2.4 bonus AD. NOTE: The numbers are a bit weirder on Dominion though.

• Void Spike [ W ] - Now also deals 20% bonus damage to monsters
• Void Spike [ W ] - Evolved Spike Racks: Now slows enemies for 50% (up from 30%)
• Void Spike [ W ] - Evolved Spike Racks: Added to the tooltip: "If target is a champion,granting sight of their location to kha'zix for 2 seconds."
• Void Assault [ R ] - Evolved Active Camouflage: No longer grants Kha'Zix 50% Damage Reduction while stealthed

• Distortion [ W ] - Now costs 80/90/100/110/120 Mana (up from 80/85/90/95/100 Mana) [Back to Live values]
• Mimic [ R ] - Mimicked Sigil of Silence and Ethereal Chains now deal 100/200/300 damage (up from 60/110/160) [Back to Live values]
• Mimic [ R ] -  Mimicked Sigil of Silence and Ethereal Chains' damage now scales by 0.65*AP (up from 0.5*AP) [Back to Live values]
• Mimic [ R ] - Mimicked Distortion now deals 150/300/450 damage (up from 90/165/240) [ Back to Live values]
• Mimic [ R ] - Mimicked Distortion's damage now scales by 0.975*AP (up from 0.75*AP) [Back to Live values]
